Anyone can use this app to consult a doctor, order medicines, or book lab tests. You must be 18 years or older to register an account.

You can sign up using your mobile number or email. After verification, you can start using the app.

Yes, you can add multiple family members' profiles and book consultations, medicines, or lab tests on their behalf.

To avail the services of mHealth, you must be an EFU Life customer or a corporate client.

To book a consultation:

  1. Open the Teleconsultation section.
  2. Select a specialty (e.g., General Physician, Dermatologist, Cardiologist).
  3. Choose an available doctor and time slot.
  4. Confirm and pay (if applicable).

Yes, you can browse profiles, check doctor ratings, and select your preferred doctor.

Besides GP consultations, mHealth currently offers consultations with nutritionists and psychologists. Very soon, consultations in pediatrics, dermatology, gynecology & obstetrics, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, and ENT will also be available.

Doctors provide digital prescriptions instantly within the app. You can easily view them there and even order your medicines directly through the app's pharmacy services option.

If your call is interrupted, you can rejoin within a few minutes. If the session ends, contact customer support to reschedule.

Yes, all our doctors are licensed medical professionals registered with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).

  3. Add the items to your cart and proceed to check out. 
  4. Choose your preferred payment method and wait for your medicines to be delivered.

No, only prescription drugs require a valid doctor’s prescription. Over the counter (OTC) medicines can be purchased without one.

Yes, these services are available across major cities in Pakistan. However, delivery times for medicines and lab sample collection may vary based on your location.

Due to safety regulations, medicines cannot be returned unless there is a delivery error or damaged product.
