Once an intimation is received, you will be informed regarding the documents required for claim processing. EFU Life will provide relevant forms for filing proof of incident which are based on the nature of events.
In addition to the basic documents, further requirements or documents may be called at any point of claim assessment depending on nature of claim.
Claim will be processed at the receipt of required documents. In case of any query and when the claim decision has been taken, you will be informed accordingly. Claim payment shall be made in favor of the Life Assured / nominee by EFU Life and will be handed over after necessary identification.
