The PayPak Standard debit card offers convenient access to the funds through ATMs and retail outlets across Pakistan. It also supports contact and contactless payments with advanced chip technology.

The PayPak Standard debit card provides:

  • Death Benefit Amount: PKR 100,000 (death due to any cause)
  • Accidental Death Benefit: PKR 200,000 (in case of death due to accidental cause)
  • Daily Health Cash Benefit: 2,000 per day*
  • Daily ICU Benefit: 4,000 per day*
  • Fraudulent Transaction Benefit: PKR 30,000 per year against fraudulent or unauthorized transaction

*Note:

  • Waiting Period (only applicable for Health and ICU benefit):
    • Due to Sickness: You must wait 15 days after your policy starts before you can make a claim.
    • Due to Accident: You’re covered immediately, with no waiting period.
  • Confinement Limit per year: You can get the daily hospital benefit for up to 180 days in a year
  • Hospitalization for 24 hours: To claim the benefit, you must be admitted to the hospital for at least 24 hours.
  • No restrictions of the panel hospitals, you can get treated at any hospital

The PayPak Green debit card is an affordable, mono-badged debit card designed to promote financial inclusion. It caters to underserved segments of society which includes social assistance customer, blue-collar workers, and low-income wage employee banking customers.

The following are the features of the PayPak Green Debit Card:

  • Death Benefit Amount: PKR 50,000 (death due to any cause)
  • Accidental Death Benefit: PKR 100,000 (in case of death due to accidental cause)
  • Daily Health Cash Benefit: PKR 1,000 per day*
  • Daily ICU Benefit: PKR 2,000 per day*
  • Fraudulent Transaction Benefit: PKR 15,000 per year against fraudulent or unauthorized transaction against fraudulent or unauthorized transaction

The following are the features of PayPak Pink Debit Card:

  • Death Benefit Amount: PKR 100,000 (death due to any cause)
  • Female Critical Illness: A lumpsum benefit of PKR 100,000 in case of the diagnosis of 7 women specific cancers which include Breast, Uterus, Cervix Uteri, Ovary, Fallopian Tube, Vagina, Vulva, and on the diagnosis of the critical illnesses of severe Osteoporosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
  • Accidental Death Benefit: PKR 200,000 (in case of death due to accidental cause)
  • Daily Health Cash Benefit: PKR 2,000 per day*
  • Daily ICU Benefit: PKR 4,000 per day*
  • Fraudulent Transaction Benefit: PKR 30,000 per year against fraudulent or unauthorized transaction against fraudulent or unauthorized transaction

Yes, the PayPak Pink Debit Card is acceptable at over 18,500 ATMs across Pakistan.

The nominee/customer can notify us of any existing or previous claims, by:

  • or by dropping the text on WhatsApp number 0304-4091140
  • or can email at claims@efulife.com. A dedicated claims coordinator will then get in touch to collect all necessary documents via WhatsApp for further ease and simplification.
