Me and EFU Life

My name is Khadija Javed, and I have completed my Intermediate education. I joined EFU Life in 2010 as a Sales Consultant, and within the same year, by December 2010, I earned my promotion to Senior Sales Consultant. After working with the company for two years, I left due to some personal reasons.

In 2023, I was approached again and decided to rejoin EFU Life as a Sales Consultant. In my first year after rejoining, I did not achieve any promotion. However, in my second year 2024, I successfully achieved the designation of Executive Sales Consultant. Continuing my professional growth, in 2025, I qualified as a Business Development Manager (BDM), Falcon Member, and MDRT Member.

Motivations

In every chapter of life—whether you are standing on the peak of success or navigating through a difficult valley—gratitude towards Allah (SWT) is the ultimate anchor for the soul. When I shift my focus from what is missing to what has been gifted, I find a strength that no worldly challenge can break. I found career growth, high income, wonderful rewards, these are always big motivators for me.

My Hobbies and Interest

My hobbies and interests play an important role in my life, as they bring me peace of mind and happiness. I truly enjoy traveling and exploring new places, as it allows me to experience different environments and gain new perspectives. Reading books is another passion of mine, which helps me expand my knowledge and improve my thinking abilities. I also have a keen interest in cooking, where I love trying new recipes and expressing my creativity. Above all, spending quality time with my family is the most valuable part of my life, as it gives me genuine joy and a deep sense of comfort.

I encourage all my colleagues to work with dedication and sincerity in this field, because this is the path that leads to real growth and success. Every policy you close is not just a sale, it’s a promise of support in someone’s difficult time.

Achievements

By the grace of Allah (SAW), I’m proud to share that I have achieved the position of Business Development Manager, along with qualifying for MDRT member and Falcon Member for the first time. This milestone is a reflection of my hard work, consistency, and the support of my amazing team and mentors.
