EFU Life Assurance Ltd, the leading insurance provider in the country has partnered with The Legend Hotels & Resorts for its PRIMUS Loyalty Program. The partnership will enable EFU Life high networth clients ‘PRIMUS’ to avail exclusive discounts and offers at The Legends Hotels & Resorts.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Zain Ibrahim, Executive Director & Chief Operations Officer, EFU Life and Mr. Muhammad Azeem Qureashi, Managing Director, The Legend Hotels & Resorts. They were joined by Ms. Aman Hussain, Head of Marketing, EFU Life and Mr. Faizan Shuja, Head of Alliances, EFU Life. The signing ceremony was held at EFU Life Head Office, Karachi.

EFU Life partners with Kuickpay to facilitate payments

EFU Life has partnered with Kuickpay to offer premium collection service using Kuickpay enabled 1Link bill payments touch points. This service will facilitate EFU Life and EFU Hemayah Takaful clients to pay premium directly from their bank accounts using digital channels of their bank which includes Net banking, ATMs, Mobile apps, Over the Counter “OTC” of bank branch and other 1Link affiliated bill collection units.

The signing ceremony was held recently in EFU Life Head Office Karachi. The agreement was signed by Mr. Mohammed Ali Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director, EFU Life and Mr. Arbab Ali Khan MD, KuickPay. In the presence of Mr. Shahid Abbas, CFO EFU Life and Mr. Ashfaque Ahmed GM Technology, along with Mr. Saqib Ali Kazmi CEO, KuickPay and Mr. Ahmer Farooqui Head of Business Kuickpay.

Kuickpay, by Innovarge, is a digital payment aggregator for businesses, which manages the collection of all types of payments for a business. It provides an API engine for integration that business owners can use to manage invoices. EFU Life has a robust API based middleware engine that is directly integrated with Kuickpay system to facilitate real-time digital premium collection directly from bank accounts of clients.

 

EFU Life selects Rehability UK as the first partner for Virtual Health Care

EFU Life Assurance Ltd and Rehability UK Group have partnered to provide virtual health services solutions in Pakistan. The services will be provided by Hello Doctor, a subsidiary of Rehability UK Group.

Virtual health care has emerged as a new platform, globally and in Pakistan, that improves access by removing traditional barriers to healthcare such as distance, mobility, and time constraints. For certain conditions, virtual care is as effective as in-person visits with potential for cost savings, real benefits to provider efficiency, and better management for chronic conditions. COVID-19 has also played a significant role in spurring the demand of these virtual services.

Insurers worldwide are increasingly utilizing Telehealth, offering it as a value addition in the customer journey. EFU Life provides life, health and family takaful solutions to millions of customers in segments ranging from micro/mass market to HNW clients. The company is aiming to create a panel of local & international telehealth service providers to deliver the best-in-class medical services to its customers according to their respective segment, needs and demands.
