I joined EFU Life on 22 January 2026, marking the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in my professional journey. Before entering the insurance industry, I was running a medical store near Hub Chowki. Although it was a stable business, I wanted a career that would allow me to grow personally while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
My journey with EFU Life began when Mr. Kirshan Lal, our Group Manager, introduced me to the insurance profession. His guidance, confidence in my potential, and continuous mentorship inspired me to pursue a career in sales. Like many newcomers, I initially faced hesitation in meeting clients, but with the encouragement of my senior managers and consistent learning, I gradually developed confidence and improved my skills.
Today, I am proud to be recognized as the Top Performer for July 2026, an achievement that reflects the trust of my clients, the unwavering support of my mentors, and my commitment to continuous improvement.
Motivations
My greatest motivation is helping clients protect themselves and their families through the right insurance solutions. Knowing that I can provide financial security and peace of mind gives purpose to my work and inspires me to perform better every day.
