ME AND EFU LIFE:
I, Ghulam Shabeer Laghari from Hyderabad new city branch, joined EFU life on August 2015 as a sales consultant. Before this opportunity, I was working as a financial consultant with various banks panels (evaluator) such as State Bank of Pakistan & other private banks. Prior joining, I heard from many people that they have joined EFU life accidently – I’m also one of them. I started my career as a sales consultant at EFU Life and was later promoted to senior sales consultant. I left the sales career path and moved to management as a unit manager in November 2019 and got promoted to a Sr. unit manager. I left the management for couple of months due to unavoidable circumstances and later joined the Sales Career path and became Star of the Month (October) across Pakistan.
I completed my Business Development Manager target in two months focusing on Falcon and car qualification target. I from the start, believed that I will achieve the target. It was very hard for me, but my seniors motivated and helped me out in this achievement at every step specially Syed Sabir Ali (Group Manager), Prem Chand Bhamabhani, Muhammad Kashif Shaikh, Muhammad Umair Shaikh, Syed Raza Abbass, Ms. Paras Shamsheer , Syed Faizan Ali and my all other colleagues. I want to thank EFU Life Management for the opportunity & my other colleagues. May Allah give Success to us all, Ameen.
MY MESSAGE
My advice to my juniors would be stay passionate about their work and do not follow any shortcuts, every field requires some time to grow. EFU life provides you with opportunities where you can really dream BIG and also make your dreams a reality! You only need clear vision, hard work, skill and most importantly believe in yourself and your dream will become a REALITY.
I would like to dedicate all my achievements to my parents, my family & my brothers because of their prayers & support I’ve achieved this success in my life. Most importantly, I would like to thank EFU Life for the respect and the career they have provided me. Special thanks to my Group Manager Syed Sabir Ali who supported me at my every step.
