I am Rina Ghanshamdas, holding a master’s degree in IT from the University of Sindh Jamshoro. I come from Jamshoro City and have a strong passion for traveling to different places. While many consultants end up in the life insurance industry by chance, I deliberately chose to join EFU Life Assurance.

My journey with EFU Life Assurance began in June 2003 as a sales consultant at the Hyderabad City Branch. I am thankful to my seniors who introduced me to this opportunity. In 2006, I achieved the qualification of 1st time Business Development Manager (BDM) and attended my first annual sales conference in PC Bhurbhan.

Currently, I hold the position of Chief Relationships Manager (CRM) at the Hyderabad Cantt Branch. I earned my first MDRT qualification in 2006 and have since become a lifetime member of MDRT USA due to my exceptional performance and significant contributions. Moreover, in 2014-2015, I attained the position of Member of Communication Committee.

Over the years, I have attended numerous MDRT conferences held in the USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Thailand. I am proud to be a Falcon Member for the past eight years, and I have successfully qualified for all Company conventions since 2008. In 2022, I achieved the status of Eagle Member.

Since 2008, I have been driving a Honda City car provided by the Company’s maintenance program.

MOTIVATION

My name is Khalid Mehmood, and I am from Bahawal Nagar. I belong to a small village called Matran. While pursuing my studies, I began searching for a job and ended up working as a police officer. However, I soon realized that my aspirations were much larger, prompting me to leave the police department. In my quest for a new opportunity, I came across the EFU Life office, where I met Mr. Mohammad Tariq. He introduced me to the potential career prospects at EFU Life. I felt that with hard work, I could achieve my dreams at EFU Life.

Alhamdulillah, on May 2nd, 2011, I joined EFU Life. It took me some time to grasp the ins and outs of the career, but by 2015, I had reached the position of BDM, which is the top sales designation. Alhamdulillah, I have now progressed to the role of ESRBM and have also become a member of the prestigious Eagle, Falcon, and COT groups.

Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to visit over 10 countries, including Turkey and the Maldives. EFU Life has also provided me with a Company maintained KIA car.

MY HOBBIES

My hobbies are traveling, Hoteling and making new friends.
